By creating an account on the DiscoManage platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge receipt of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform provides advanced automation and management tools. You are directed to operate within the defined parameters. Any conflict with third-party networks (including Discord) falls entirely under the user's jurisdiction.
All data traversing the Platform is subject to our Secure Encryption standard. Users must maintain strict control of their API keys and passwords. The Platform assumes zero liability for compromised accounts.
The following actions will result in immediate account termination:
> Deployment of unauthorized malicious payloads or worms.
> Execution of brute-force DDOS protocols against allied infrastructure.
> Theft of proprietary data or code.
> Actions that destabilize the core Platform infrastructure.
We reserve the right to terminate any user's access to the Platform, instantly and permanently, in cases of terms violation.
The Platform is provided "AS IS", without guarantees of uptime. In no event shall DiscoManage be held liable for compromised data or indirect damages resulting from system operations.
